With our virtual consultations, you can meet with our doctor and gain insights into your treatment plan, all from the comfort of your own home.
This convenience is available to all our new patients. To start, simply upload your “smile selfies” below. Dr. Bains and his team will review these photos and determine if you’re currently a candidate for orthodontic treatment. If you are, Dr. Bains will reach out to you to schedule an in-office assessment, during which we will capture photos, x-rays and a 3D scan of your smile. We’ll also discuss the investment cost, insurance coverage and address any other questions you may have about the process.

How To Take Your Smile Selfies
Posing for your “smile selfies” is as easy as posing for a family photo! Your first step in taking your smile selfies is to hand the phone over to a friend or family member so they can take the photo for you. Focus on capturing clear pictures of your teeth, arches and palate so Dr. Bains can properly evaluate your smile! Stay relaxed and remember these tips when collecting your smile selfies:
- Have a friend or family member take the photos for you
- Turn your flash on
- Don't tense up! Keep your lips relaxed
- Keep your teeth together and make sure to bite on your back teeth
